ITF, you conveniently left out the REAL 3rd option that suggested OTHER BOD members to replace the current 3 musketeers at PPHM but that are NOT delivered by RONIN.

Why did you omit that option and replaced it by a REWORD of option #1.

THIS IS THE CORRECT OPTION THAT GET'S RID of the CURRENT BOD as well as of RONIN/SW. WHo can be against a BoD rplacement with names as mentioned BELOW?

...we only need to find a better way then Ronin to replace 3 BoD members with people WE SHAREHOLDERS can trust. Dr. Brekken, Dr. Garnick, Dr Antonia, Dr. Birge, Dr. Wolchok IMO are all such people. The CEO of HALO, a Top Legal advisor or someone from one of the side interest companies Bill/MelindaG, Calico, etc would all be people WITH good reputations.

So I say let's get rid of the curent ES, DP and CJ but ALSO of RONIN because the ABOVE proposition is MUCH MUCH MUCH better for us. Only people connected with RONIN's agenda would not want such new BoD that doesn't come from Ronin candidates.

But hey, EITHER RONIN FILED TO LATE (see other posts) OR TILL 15 AUG 2017 OTHER shareholder propositions could be filed equally valid as those that RONIN just filed.

So your option #2 either is an option but then my #3 is too. Otherwise they are BOTH for the recycle bin and option #1 becomes the de facto the only one that goes.

However, my option #3 has ONE MORE possibility. Not that I count on it given the 3 targeted BoD members didn't even defend themselves against an official accusation by Ronin/SW, IMO. The extra option is that the 3 current members that are targeted step down out of free will and replace themselves with the type of candidates as mentioned in my option #3 and let the annual meeting confirm those. That is the ONLY way to circumvent the Charter. But again I don't think the 3 will make some sacrifice for the good of the company.

NOT CURRENT ES, PL, CJ, NOT RONIN/SW but BRAND NEW HIGH PROFILE BOD MEMBERS THAT IS WHAT WE NEED.

Replacing the current BoD by Ronin candidates is IMO replacing one bad situation for shareholders with another that would even have WAY MORE CONTROL then the current BOD has.

AIMO
