If you read that section from the PR statements...IPCI never came right out said that they were doing or had completed all 3 categories...which is definitely misleading and I'm not giving them a hall pass on...because as far as I'm concerned there's no excuse whatsoever for them not having the category 3 HAP study completed prior to yesterdays AdCom right!

The 2 biggest failures this company has always had is how to properly convey their still evolving story to market and not having experienced enough and qualified enough management that knows how to work through the FDA's approval process so amateur mistakes are not made!

I'll always be 1 of Dr. Odidi's biggest supporters of his brilliant science...but the time has come for him to step aside and let a properly qualified CEO begin unlocking the value in Dr. Odidi's science right!

If Dr. Odidi is being real with himself for a single moment after yesterdays disaster...he will recognize that the time has come for him to step aside and focus on the science!
