Odd that the company, Prana Therapeutics was just started in March 2017 in the state of Florida. I guess since Reynolds lives in FL that is the reason they decided to register the company in FL. Wonder why they didn't start it in FL?

On the filing it shows DE as the original State. Prana was started in DE in 2012.

5 years doesn't seem like a lifetime of work, at least not to me.

Side note: CNAB was "started" in 2014, when the RM with MySkin was done. I always found it fun that Myskin was a skin company and then magically became a cannabis company. HEY WAIT, it wasn't really a shell company, was it?

Oh look Reynolds and Steindler "joined" CNAB at the same time it started..May 2014 ...sweet.. Both of these guys are part of Prana.

Weird that Prana is not mentioned in this article but it does say both guys are "Directors of Discovery Research and Development"... fascinating.

Considering Reynolds and Steindler are part of the CNAB team, and considering the above information on Prana, I am sure the deal worked out fine for all concerned...

Nice that the "office" in Florida is actually a home. Odd, seems like a lab shouldn't be in a home. Wonder if it is Reynolds home.

Anyway, I am sure they all will profit nicely from this business transaction.
