The level 3 licensed traders & brokers, that we can't easily follow the trading activities of, can legally go out to 5 & 6 decimal places, as seen in the level 2 today. You just try placing an order, whether to buy or sell, out to 5 or 6 places ''east'' of the decimal point : 0.000098. You'll never be allowed to place it. There is an AMAZING AMOUNT OF TRADING that occurs at the 5th & 6th decimal places THAT ARE BELOW 0.0000--. FOR THIS WHOLE OTC & PINK MARKET PLACE IS RIGGED BY THE CROOKED MM'S, as also, even our crooked stock investing guardians, such as the DDTC, SEC, FINRA, and one other one that I forget right now; or at the least various crooked individuals within any of those agencies. Jim Sinclaire, ie: ''Mr. GOLD'' knows all about them & how ''they'' do their thing, he being a part of it all, at an earlier time in his life, before even the HUNT BROS. scandel, the which he briefly talked about in one of his interviews by Greg Hunter that I happened to get to hear one time about 4 years ago. His whole sentiment about those agencies was ''OF A VERY NEGATIVE TENOR.''
CAVEAT EMPTOR! & especially here in pinky~land! IMO. VIVA NECA & GLTA COMMON SHARE-BUYING NECA ENTHUSIASTS!
