Yeah Foose working from a cell myself. I do get EDGAR listing alerts SEC's Electrical Data Gathering sumthin') and not finding THE AGREEMENT giving Himsingkta exclusive rights at this site. How bout helping a Brother out here. And Himsingkta is LARGE no doubt. Sanjay’s info is new to me. Press release in lower right pane of this page doesn't mention the exclusive clause either.
