An since Walmart and Amazon are not buying shares for long term investment purposes what do you think will happen to the share price when those 106 millions shares hit the market?

Well the beauty of the set up is that as you have stated the companies will divest themslves of the shares as soon as they can and make some $$ (not a lot to Walmart and Amazon of course)

BUT they are vested in batches Walmart may take 10 years to get all theirs (as they pay a lease payment no upfront cash and the warrant vest on how many $$ have bee received a revenue.
Amazon will be faster and may be very fast - like in 3 year .

but the market can handle drip feeding a few million every couple of months.

The effect is already priced in the stock though and it just means even more money has been received due to installations taking place.

there is no magic day when 55m or 110m shares will be dumped!
