A few others besides me see it this way:

2 supposedly 600 million dollars (1,200,000,000 dollars) deal signed sealed deliver and the stock goes up a measly $1.50 and even can't hold it's high.

Wait til for those 300,000,000 shares hit the street, did someone say price target $1.30 a share.

By the way the two 600 million deals are they guaranteed for the whole 600 million each?

So in reality it's an understanding that they MAY purchase or lease 600 million each so not a confirm sale or leasing agreement after all, with 106 million shares of discounted dilution attached.
