I wish you luck, with the Old POS, your gonna need it.

No one after 9 years of endless BS scams here is going to bring any real serious business to a scam shell like this one. Too many clean history stocks to take over with real new business that wants to go public.

They have had no real verifiable technology or business ever, just dreams with no real patents, just BS dreams for 9 years now. 10 million dollar in derivatives risk in the last SEC fillings, massive convertible debt to print shares from, no product, not sales....
