What was drawn up between Amazon, Walmart and Plug was an understanding to purchase from Plug not even a guarantee purchase order and in Wal-mart case there is not even a purchase, just a leasing agreement of the product.

Amazon and Walmart are customers of Plug not partners, sorry.
