You see! that is the flawed thinking of the connect the dots crowd.!!!

when it comes directly from Plug

the conference call also made quite clear that the recent warrant transactions with both Amazon and Wal-Mart do not represent strategic investments by these customers

The thinking that is flawed , is believing Walmart or Amazon care about Plug' s future.

they are not going to want to hurt the very company they have partnered with and just invested about a billion dollars with over the years just to make a few bucks by diluting the stock. Sheesh!

They are not a partner of Plug they are a customer of Plug. The warrants offered are nothing more than a way to offset the cost of purchasing Plug's fuel cell.

Plug refers them as customers not partners. They are not partnering with Plug on any project just purchasing a product.

They are no more a partner with plug than you are with your electric company.

Nothing more.
