If the pending deals are as big as bravatek's tweets suggest, the OS shouldn't matter in the long run.

T-Trades can be large AON orders, and aren't negative if so. The CEO is aware of investor concerns WRT convertibles, and has made it clear that he expects them to go away when revenue starts coming in, or after he decides on a path forward with specific equity investors. (Last I heard he was still evaluating options.)
