Sanjay's reply for us Parkmart. Now Houtheman's concerns on exclusive clause lock ins do come up. A second insight is provided on Chinese cotton varietals.

And I appreciate the disclosure, but, but....
Mike –
Sorry for the delay in responding.
To be clear, Loftex is an integrated towel manufacturer (they spin, manufacture, and assemble products into finished goods). It does not own cotton farms. Rather, it sources its cotton from third parties.

To answer your question, there isn’t currently an opportunity to tag the cotton Loftex sources and principally because of Applied DNA’s new exclusive relationship with Himatsingka. Recall also that the value proposition of Applied DNA’s molecular tags is highest for cotton that commands a premium price, such as Pima, and U.S. Upland, which is synonymous for quality the world over.

The marketplace demands no such premium for cotton from China and, therefore, it is not an opportunity for the company’s cotton-tagging program.
Sanjay M. Hurry, Vice President
All I got. So much for my projection. A let down here for BRIC* cotton revenues. Although Wamsutta is owned by a Brazilian firm (*Brazil Russia India China).

Last transmittal, Sanjay DID bring light to a Stonybrook effort to mark Australian cotton. Got a bunch more questions. In perspective though, going to hold back a bit. This ain't burying my head in the sand now. Just a delaying tactic. I'll submit them to our Goldman Sachs analyst for full-time reply at earnings call;).

I assume you enjoyed Hamilton. One thing I'm sure of anyway.
