For what's it's worth, I was told by RO that the NV SOS JBZJMY Tech Group Holding company was formed for their initial contemplation of doing an IPO on the NASDAQ. Their plans changed, and they decided to do a R/M with DOLV instead. I would imagine that the NV company will go dormant as it is seemingly no longer part of the plan. I like the creative thinking, but probably not the case in this instance. Cheers!
