hard to make sense out of it, most of the time.

It's really pretty simple : he's a big believer in the power of Capitalism when dealing with the rest of the world's mentality, IE: "control the capitalist devils" ... Since the USA is far and away the largest trade market extant in the world, he's using that advantage as leverage to achieve what he sees as being what's best for the USA, which is part of the "MAGA" theme that got him elected to begin with.

Whether the rest of the world likes it or not, his vision is happening. I expect all one-worlders, globalists,socialist and totalitarian countries to continue to resist POTUS as he shifts the apple cart back toward America's favor...

In the end, there can be only one.
