The BOD is too busy trying to disprove the accusations that they took $500k per year from the company for the past X number of years, that they hardly own any stock, that they haven't purchased any stock in years, and they haven't run a bunch of other penny stocks into the ground. Once they disprove those accusations they will move on to other things.

Once they disprove those, they are going to disprove that the earth is round and that the sun rises in the East.

Should be a piece of cake. I can't believe they haven't publicly defended themselves yet. Bunch of scumbags.
