I opposed a cash dividend before the carve-out because they didn't have the money and the Mega Farm needed the money. All that changed after the carve-out.

I'm trying to show you what can and probably will happen if SIAF signs some strategic alliance with another company. It's a very valid point. And it is very rare when it happens. SPU even failed, in the end.

What you are suggesting (merge with a listed company) is not that simple. I'm not even sure how that would work. Besides, that's not their highest priority. Finding a good match is. And if it turns out to be CP Group (which is a private company) then so be it. The effect will still be the same if they pay fair value for SIAF's shares.
