It would take a major conspiracy for BP interests to buy ADXS just to scuttle its platform to eliminate competition. What would they do? Pay billions for the company and then simply withdraw the regulatory approval processes that are already in motion? Sabotage the trials? Not impossible but it seems highly unlikely. And if they view ADXS as a serious threat to their market share, which they should, why not just buy the company and see what happens legitimately? They could make more money if the technology succeeds, instead of immediately throwing the purchase price out the window by scrapping it.
