greenwillow.... i wouldn't be so quick as to assume there's no dilution, after all, shares have to come from somewhere. of course, sometimes its simply a matter of the growing availability within a float, such as what happens when traders take profit, or give up the ghost. that, too, is a form of dilution. and its a way of life in the market where survival is often about money management. in any case, what i see in the chart is a relatively stable trading range and any O/S dilution is relatively light and nowhere near massive. fact is, there has to be some dilution if only to ensure liquidity. you do want to be able to buy shares, don't you?

its rather unlikely that today's 3 odd million shares offed by VNDM was all retail. but, that said, it may very well turn out to be a gift for those who haven't finished filling their pockets and are still seeking more. its all part of the game.
