I will concede to the first two paragraphs that it is subjective in terms of holding periods and research.

In terms of the PR, there was a release at the end of July 2015 posted on OTC markets website and a PR on WSRA own website.

In terms of funding for the JV, that began in Q4 2015 and has been continuing ever since with approx. 1.7 million currently spent on the water rights.

Maybe sometime soon we'll here about what they've been doing and where they are with the project but until then they continue to fly under the radar.
