Let's see what they did with the debt. I'm saying that debt is part of the 55% they negotiated down and paid it off. Nobody know yet, but what we do know is... Tom is a man of his word and the fins are starting to roll out now.... that's what this was all about. Not debt or past numbers, but Tom showing some that he is trustworthy.
