Gulas never even visited NTEK HQ...
Odd, right? Thank for the props - just here to expose the blatant fraud perpetuated by this criminal as so many have done over the years.
Poor sucker never even visited NTEK headquarters? I mean, he was touted in press releases and IR statements for months. The NTEK/SWIG JV was the next big thing - only it turns out it never actually existed. And Dr. Gulas was doing deals and bringing in funding. Although that never actually happened at all. Unbelievable.
And Felon Foley had no problem asking Dr. Gulas to co-sign on a new bank account that Foley could not obtain otherwise?
Everyone that hasn't disassociated themselves from this scam is going to jail. Yet Foley (via his IR email) continues to sell the scam that 21 million in new funding is "imminent."
