Just like Foley swindled investors via his IR email telling lie after lie to people and saying the new investment was "imminent."
Any potential investment left the second Dr. Gulas wrote that scathing email telling NTEK he and Swig wanted nothing to do with them back in June.
Dates and details aside, he clearly claims he was completely misled, lied to, avoided, filled with empty promises, prevented from any financial detail and all the rest.
He also told Foley that his investors would have nothing to do with him as a convicted Federal Felon. Foley prevented Gulas (or his investors) from ever seeing one single REAL piece of financial detail outlining the true state of the company. So they walked away. And Dr. Gulas walked away being owed money and shares. Just like everyone else that gets suckered into the Foley world of deceit.
Yet Foley aka "IR" has been telling people funding is right around the corner as of a few hours ago.
If this doesn't tank at the open on Monday, people are seriously out of their minds.
