DECLARATION OF IVAN GULAS TO THE COURT
As stated by Gulas himself below, both he and his company have fully distanced themselves from NTEK, as he states that NTEK is insolvent, never produced any promised funding, never paid him or his employees their promised shares, and never paid SWIG their promised fees for hosting...among a million other damning statements...
