I remain unsure but I haven't had any interaction with management as others claim.
The fact the choose KRFG in the first place makes me wonder as I know from due diligence that audits and DTC chills are not always fixable.
Time will tell but as they have no gone radio silent after all the tweeting, website updates and post form those supposedly in the know.
All one can loses at this point in .009 and upside is undefined.
Since they bothered to bring KRFG current in Delaware they have something in mind. I extremely doubtful that they paid the taxes shown on the document. I registered a shell in Delaware with a 2billiion AS 1.3 Billion OS in the past for less than $500 a year so they might have $5k into this since it had been a few years and another 10-15k for the preferred shares which give them control which they used to raise the OS w/o a shareholder vote.
As I mentioned earlier the thing I don't understand is and it's not relevant anymore is how the symbol changed from KING to KRFG and what compensation was involved and how did FINRA approve this?
