Yes, There is virtually NO good reason for a TA to be gagged. None whatsoever.

Plus Bourque should have already been up & running as CEO/CFO, that was to be effective immediately. But like everything else ASKE does (or I should say, doesn't do), they've failed to file an amendment regarding officers arriving and/or departing.
