The MMs here are schizophrenic. NITE slams the ask with 1M shares at 5.5, then jumps to the bid with 1M shares at 5.0. Then disappears just as quickly. None of this trading activity makes any sense.

Call it dilution or whatever you want. But something has been crooked here since January.
