ff and MIR-OK...so you've followed the money trail. Now...let's get down and dirty...shall we? :o)

Why didn't SBLU follow edig's lead? "Death spiral financing" was probably available to that company, much as it probably was for FPLY...no?

SBLU put a lot of their eggs in one basket...and lost. Remember the em messages from FPLY management? Rememebr how they stated how easy it was for them to add codecs to their kernel to incorporate/facilitate as necessary?

Perhaps one only needs to consider this fact...that the investors of those companies probably wished that their respective management teams would have done whatever was necessary to keep their lights on, especially if the engineering staff was solid, the technology was good, and they believed in it, huh?
