This ticker has R/S written all over it. 490 mil shares and need to go to $1 soon in order to stay in NASDAQ, I would guess a lower R/S for a 20-50:1 R/S, so the company stay comfortably over $1 until all the investors dump their shares....DCTH then will come back up!!!
