Long Side Ventures LLC Vs. Nanotech Entertainment, Inc.
Just to recap - this lawsuit filed by Long Side (the plaintiff) against NTEK (the defendant) has been dragging on for quite some time - actually more than four years - as NTEK and the principals have attempted to dodge and weave the court motions ordering them to pay what they owe. Below I've captured screenshots from the past year or so.
NTEK is currently recognized as an "Enforcement Debtor" to Long Side. It's all there in the filings.
As noted by the screenshots taken from the Broward County site, the most recent order was issued by the judge on July 5, 2017. NTEK defied the judge's order. Once the arrest warrants are filed with the court on Jeff Foley and Ivan Gulas, I'll be sure to post them here.
And FYI - NTEK's attorney resigned back in March, as noted in the filings. As of today, NTEK remains unrepresented in this action.
