If AMZN then I'd expect it's a total buyout and WBA gets nothing.
I could see PE buying what's left after WBA and then selling that to AMZN in two years after cleaning up the mess of 20 months of not taking care of business.
I've got calls for this coming week 'just in case' meeting goes well, and Jan 2018 calls. If meeting is a flop then I'll buy shares directly on the dip and add 2019 calls too.
