I explained some of negative posts and they laughed and said don't worry the truth will be revealed and when they moved up to nasdaq all those negative comments will be silenced.

It sounds as if he's saying Nasdaq will soon silence the negative comments is how I originally interpreted it.

I highly doubt Mr. Han was thinking, "Just wait 1 to 2 years when we go to Nasdaq. Then we shall silence them." You know? After all, it only took exactly 4 months from another Chinese Co. to go from the OTC to Nasdaq in late 2016. To be exact, they merged with an otc company on July 15th, and Nov 15th they were on Nasdaq.
