surrounding my LOGICAL explanation.

NOBODY can prove he didn't sell his shares here. Nothing but far out assumptions.

Logic tells me. He sold in January/July 2016 and ran. Is it just coincidence that he got issued his shares issued in December 2015 and there is massive multimillion volume spike in January/July 2016.

Hmmmmmmm.

Two outcomes;

Depalo.sold and ran


Or...
the conspiracy theory. He kept his 500mil shares. Spent a unfathomable amount of money to impersonate ZJMY... some how knowing they would be hitting the EV market in China (1.5yrs in the future). And he would instead and sell his shares 18 months later.... while on the run from the SEC... while being summond to court by the SEC.
