exactly, and with no reporting requirement, there is zero evidence he ever sold, so that's significant. especially in light of the DOJ going after others who used this shell for pumps and dumps. right? how could it not be concerning?

do you honestly think when a shell is used in a RM all the former shareholders just disappear? that's just not how this works.

in fact, with so much of the equity in just a few hands, these legacy shareholder people would go well out of their way to make sure the new owners of the shell could create a gigantic run. that's only logical.
