Correction, an action that affects share structure and or shareholders equity equates to a corporate action.

With the new preferred shares I would imagine that would be a NEW corporate action, hence another 60 days must past. (A name change does not affect shareholders equity, so you are right there.)

That is my opinion and I could be wrong. I hope I am wrong because I am a very impatient person.

9/14 or 15 /2017 would be a Thursday or Friday.

If this is correct how will the PPS react to such news?
