Looks like they screwed up just about everything they could.

They are trying to shake the Americans, but the Americans are a stubborn bunch and won't sell.

So the Chinese come up with all kinds of things to get rid of the Americans, no PR's, stop signs, and everything else.

They have about given up as there not much else they can do.

Next week it all starts rolling.
