I always say "seems" and I'll let the market decide if it's good, bad, or neutral. I think this should have Been done awhile ago, but maybe a method here and maybe--just maybe last issue b4 FINRA approval. Let's hope there aren't 4 more amendments....THANKS FOR POSTING
