PPHM split from Avid!

If PPHM will do this they will turn PPHM into TWO separate companies with separate book keeping. Possibly with an holding on top.

So we will hold holding shares or shares in EACH split company. Avid will make it because if they loose R&D and bavituximab for free production they will be immediately profitable.

But the PS-Targeting branch would NOT unless PPHM has immediate revenue in view for it. (Immediate means as of the split). If not that part will quickly be endangered. So if we would support such split then we must be sure that there is a CONCRETE FUNDING PLAN.

It would indeed call Ronin's bluff because NO WAY to go after PS-Targeting then without passing for a complete deceptive party. See also this on the subject

So can the PS-Targeting part (Exosomes, Biomarkers, Bavi, BetaBodies, etc) generate such revenue to live on?

Well that is where the Exosomes come in. CEO King said no more test with EXOSOMES unless with a PARTNER. And they are BACK testing Exosomes on HUMANS (again) and have perfected the test (as per this Q/CC).

The proof-of-concept and results peer review published info is public, only the PROTOTYPE KIT was missing. As far as I understand it (but it LACKS CLEAR COMMUNICATION) they are back testing OVARIAN but this time with a KIT (which they didn't have before).

So I figure they picked their partner(s) and if the KIT(s) works something, possibly conditionally signed already, will take effect.

And if that is the case then AVID and PS-Targeting can be split and it will provide us with some clarity that we are asking for since YEARS NOW: How much does the production of Bavituximab weight on AVID results?

But we must make sure there are no tricks to cut PS-Targeting loose and out of our hands and then leave us with AVid. Avid will yield profit but it is NOT what we are here for, at least not me. PS-Targeting is the money maker and we need to stay shareholders. AIMO.
