Chymber, I thought about the possibility that the so-called takeover "Big Fellow" had 80% but I discounted that for a couple of reasons,
1) The takeover suggestion is mostly rumour. I've always looked at this as a short squeeze because there is obvious manipulaton of these share prices.
2) As I watched the trading (and the continued low prices) I figured Sandy was buying way past the 1 billion share mark that was mentioned when he first talked about the buyback. Those were going to be based on "market conditions".
3) HRHR came in here claiming to own 7 billion already (the CD holder?) and continued to buy more just as he said he would AND ALSO TOLD US TO BUY. He wouldn't want us to buy if he was trying to take over and I don't see who else could be some big takeover company unless they had fairly big pockets.
4) There were rumours of a big share retirement PR on two different posts this morning.
