Seeing as we are in Webprods decyphering mode (already) I thought I’d put my 10,000:1 cents in.
Call me crazy. Iggy me if you like. I think this is what he is saying.

Webprods said, “No....Thr...next week.”
My interpretaton (MI) The big run starts Thursday next week.

Web: “But Toomorow we gonna make some fake run.Thr..and Fri....You can sell two times.....8.38 0r 2 35...”

MI: Tomorrow there’s a fake run and you can sell on Thursday or Friday at 8:38 or 2:35.

Web: “But You can be at big risk...”
MI: There’s a risk if you sell. All I can think of is that the run might start sooner and you’ll get caught without shares... because...

Web: “Sandy is concern now about .....Big fellow..What pisss me..offfff.”
MI: Sandy is concerned either about the big MM and how he will handle this, or Sandy is concerned about someone trying to take over the company. Some have said that is HRHR, but I don’t agree with that. I think HRHR is working with Sandy. Whoever it is, Web is ticked off by the Big Fellow. (Personally I think that means an MM because Web seems to have indicated he has MM connections.

Web: “They are 80% takeover succesful”
MI; The buyback is 80% successful. That means either, they have 80% control of the shares or (based on a post earlier today) they have 8 billion shares in control.

Web: “Someone have cloud in the hand over TFN.DIV are B/S.Don't count...till 6 months”
MI: Some are questioning the value of the dividend but they are full of BS. Hold the pfd for six months and they will be worth something.
