The P/C ratio is probably skewed more by options expiration than by anything else, but that is a very low reading. We will know better next week if it was just an aberration or not. If I remember correctly, the P/C ratio has been skewed almost every expiration, but I think it has usually been abnormally high - I could be mistaken about that though.
