But we do know, for instance, that there was money for Yoshi's "sales" office in Northern California which never made any sales and was closed as soon as he retired. So, there appears to be at least a little extra money around, but it's been so far unaccounted for.

It's going to depend on whether Cho and Graber are company flippers, I can't find much info about either. If so, they will pretty up the bottom line and go with #3.
