VNDM not the dilluter here. CDEL has been pounding the bid for 3 months and taken it from .004-.005 to where it is now. Once he is done we should have a good rebound. The company has released some good news throughout the dilution but it didn't matter as CDEL just pounded the bid. I am sure the company is waiting for the conversions to be done before releasing any more news.
