Well, that turkey didn't have very much meat on the bone.

As some of us had speculated, they are bound by 3 or 4 NDAs signed over the past 4 months.
WNEC is a client of CCTI, NOT an investor. They have licensed their technology for a 2 MTPA plant.
The first sale of Pristine-M coal will be to the Ukraine, and exported through a port in Mississippi.

Kiewit is currently on site in OK and evaluating improvements to their test plant prior to the commercial design.
After that, DOE testing is expected to take 4-6 weeks. It sounds like it'll be fall before they move to WY. Shortly thereafter, the building of the first commercial plant will begin.

The most significant piece of news for me is this...
"Recently there was a meeting with Secretary Perry where our technology was discussed in detail, with much focus on the potential applications in the US and around the world with much focus on the export markets."

If Perry is on board with Pristine technology... That is HUGE NEWS!
IMHO, the DOE testing is the most important thing happening right now.
If we pass muster and get the DOE's stamp of approval (grant or not), we WILL become a major player on the world stage.
