I just submitted my vote for liquidation (plan distribution).

If I could be assured that we would in fact liquidate I would be very tempted to buy more shares.

There is a chance we will receive more than the estimated .07-.09 payout depending on how claims are resolved. The EC will no longer exist after the plan becomes effective. There also appears to be millions in personal comp claims from management. If distribution goes forward the management team will be immediately terminated and an independent fiduciary will be appointed to evaluate further recoveries.
