WHAT???? USRM and "CASH" supposedly???? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME??? I didn't "forget" anything and never have.

According to their own BS Facebook and twitter pages, they "claim" the following, "We are building the next generation of medicine through our leadership in both research and development" !! (LOL, LOL !!)

Right. How did they get supposedly "cash flow positive" while "claiming" to be some BS "world leader" or involved in "next generation medicine" through supposed "leadership" in supposed "research and development"... blah, blah, blah???????

THEY CUT THEIR R&D SPENDING TO $ZERO DOLLARS for all intents and purposes, LOL !! How the H does any "medical research and development" company operate with the following SEC FILED COMMENTARY as their bad reality????

"The Company incurred research and development expenses of $1,081 and $3,495 for the three months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively."

$1,081 / 3 = $360 PER MONTH, TOTAL R&D SPENDING, LOL!!

My freaking local, single physician doctor's office, spends MORE THAN THAT on freaking rubber gloves, tongue depressors, and basic "doctor's office" general disposables, guaranteed. My freaking little local pizza dude probably spends 3X that on just pizza dough in a month.

Yeah, "cash flow positive", RIGHT????? And they're a supposed "CUTTING EDGE WORLD LEADER IN STEM CELL" blah, blah and all the other BS they peddle on Facebook and Twitter and bloggy-blogs and PR or whatever?

Comical to me.....$360 a month is beyond laughable for R&D, for any supposed high-tech firm, let alone one supposedly doing "cutting edge medical research" or whatever BS claims they try and make.

Me, NOT BUYING ONE WORD OF IT. They ain't the "world leader" at anything as far as I can tell- except maybe printing and issuing BILLIONS of dilution shares.

CASH IS KING, LOL??????

THEY HAVE ALMOST NO CASH LEFT AT ANY GIVEN TIME ??? Just look at their SEC filings. They finished last qtr with a GOING CONCERN WARNING, a "LIQUIDITY" warning, and a lousy $600K or so in cash, which would have been $ZERO essentially, except they sold their stem cell banking biz for $500K. Other than that, they basically HAVE NO CASH and their SEC filings back that up with cold, hard facts.
