If company wants to sell to employees their stock for $.10 then obviously they think it will be worth much more than $.10 to make it a incentive for employees to work hard get things done help make the stock worth dollars so they can be rich. Also to be listed on Nasdaq you have to be on OTC for a few years and be above $4.00 in order to apply and be uplisted on Nasdaq.
