The judges on SCOTUS who read only within the four pages of the law are loved by the conservatives here

The judges on various courts who read HERA the exact same way -- are blasted as crooked or bought out or dumb or just wrong

I favor a broader read of the written law both here and SCOTUS

Those who like a strict read of the law (the way a law is written conveys all you need to know about intent) -- on SCOTUS must understand (or should understand) that such exact reading of the written law called HERA is what is hurting us here ......... we need judges to say (as did one Republican appointee) congress NEVER intended for a conservator to do ABC ... and the restriction on court oversight was meant only for normal stuff
