In comes very rehearsed and orchestrated NATE TOMA/SUSMAN, DA BOYZ got busted!!!!!!! No longer last man standing as a matter of fact somewhat kicked to the curb up in priority of pay BUT CAPPED and can not end up with it all.............
NOW WHAT TO DO HMMMMMMMMMMM DA BOYZ do what I have suggested before, they do a exact reverse of the last exchange they did before.

This imho is where all need to watch out
THE first payout will only be imho the accumulated cash in the 3 wells accts, and may seem like a ton, when the exchange is made here come the down players trashing and saying be THANKFUL you at least got that and there aint no more....Many here imho will sell and run satisfied after all these years with bank in their pockets and sell...............
THEN as all the assets start to be leveraged and with a huge cash revenue stream they leverage this thing 10 -20 30 times assets......................... You run the numbers on whatever ya think may be coming back here and figure it on 1.2 bill additional shares issued in the switch added to the 250 mill out now and ya get about 1.5 bill shares divided into your number leveraged by 10-20-30 times
Remember KOSTUROUS has at his disposal 100% discretion as to make a deal and or do what he wants to WITH NO OVERSIGHT!!!!!
And if he is/was a hired gun by DA BOYZZZZZZZZZ guess what he is gonna do??? Also remember he is as well a shareholder pre/post
Glad the HIRED GUN FOR US WAS NATE and in the long run glad the HIRED GUN for DA BOYZ was Kosturous.......
Hes gonna deal whats best for them and in turn the best for us as well.......................................Run the numbers and see what ya come up with and ifin you'd be happy owning stock in a company with a share price like that.

24 x's 20 480 bill
24 X's 30 720 bill
Then divide that by 1.5 bill shares to do the swap and hell figure it on the whole 3.5 bill shares, strap yourself into your chair before ya run the numbers
