I am agreeing with Mickey on the technicality of the fact that changing the OS and the float together is an indication that you make the shares available to the market or individuals unrestricted. But, you have no control or knowledge whether the individuals or entity traded the shares in the market place.

Thus, I believe Mickey's reporting on 6/26 and there is no evidence to contradict that!!!!
