New court filings this morning in the Fir Tree case.

Syncora threw the book at them, many issues with fir tree case.

Statute of limitations (fir tree waited to long by 3mths)

Improper, due to not filing thru trustee... no standing

Syncora always was careful to protect only it's interests.. narrow scope
